Local-Ciudades de la Biodiversidad) que lleva adelante la Municipalidad de Concepci\u00f3n del Uruguay, ha elaborado lineamientos de trabajo para la intervenci\u00f3n en la zona portuaria.<\/p>\n<p>All\u00ed se establecen los alcances del mismo, y algunas propuestas sobre las posibilidades que ofrece la zona de la Vieja Aduana, el Muelle de Alto Nivel, y la Plazoleta Mariano L\u00f3pez, sobre las que se lanza la convocatoria a presentaci\u00f3n de proyectos de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a
